Every e-bike undergoes 100% loaded dyno bench testing, frame laser weld inspection, and electrical safety checks before carton sealing.
Our bikes are built to EN 15194, UL 2849, and ISO 9001 standards. With CNC tube cutting, robotic laser welding, electrostatic powder coating, and 3 automated assembly lines at our Guangqing Industrial Park base (Shijiao Town, Qingyuan), our monthly capacity reaches 10,000 complete e-bikes (120,000+ annual capacity) exported to 50+ global markets.
Each production stage follows defined specifications, inspection criteria, and traceable quality records before the bike moves to the next station.
Serial-traceable QC records at every stage.
Frame materials, motors, batteries, controllers, brakes, drivetrains, and other key components are checked against approved specifications before production. Critical electrical components and battery documentation are verified during incoming inspection.
Frame tubes are cut, formed, machined, and prepared according to engineering drawings. Mounting points, motor interfaces, and key dimensions are checked before welding.
Frames are secured in dedicated welding jigs to control geometry during production. Weld joints, head-tube alignment, motor mounting points, and rear dropouts are inspected before the frame is released to finishing.
Frames are cleaned and pre-treated before primer and colour coating are applied. Controlled curing ensures coating adhesion, corrosion resistance, and consistent surface finish. Finished frames are visually inspected before assembly.
The Bafang M510 drive system, display, wiring harness, sensors, and 720Wh battery system are installed and connected. Communication, BMS status, sensor response, and electrical functions are checked before mechanical assembly is completed.
Forks, wheels, brakes, drivetrain, cockpit, and remaining components are assembled according to the production specification. Wheel alignment, brake adjustment, shifting performance, fastener torque, and drive-system settings are checked at the line.
Each completed e-bike undergoes functional, electrical, and mechanical inspection before shipment. Motor assistance, display functions, battery operation, braking, shifting, lighting, and applicable EN 15194-related requirements are checked and recorded. Each unit receives a serial-traceable QC record.
Approved bikes are cleaned and protected with retail-ready cartons, protective sleeves, and corner protection. Serial numbers and carton labels are recorded before loading, with container loading coordinated against the confirmed FOB shipping schedule.
